House Arrests10.57 - App Store

E-Cell.com has a great new alternative to ankle bracelet monitoring! For low-risk, non-violent offenders, we have developed housearrestapp.com which provides reliable, real time gps tracking using your own cell phone. This advanced house arrest system utilizes the new facial recognition and thumbprint technologies to verify that the offender is with the phone at all times and it tracks the individual 24/7. It will automatically notify court officials if a violation occurs. By simply requesting the offender’s location during a specified time range, the official can determine exactly where the individual has been.

This new app eliminates the need to wear a bulky ankle bracelet. You simply keep your cell phone with you at all times for identity verification. It also allows law enforcement to be in touch 24/7, something never before available! No need to search through records to get addresses or phone numbers, simply log in and get whatever information you need or contact offender direct!

House arrest is a plus for the offender who can maintain employment and doesn’t have to spend time in jail; for the courts that have an alternative to sending people to jail; and to the jail systems that are so overcrowded. It is a given that house arrest is a great asset, and this E-Cell app is the most advanced system available.
